The Chinese Contract Bridge Association (CCBA) has been appointed by PABF Executives Council to host the 44th PABF Championships in Shanghai, China from 21 August to 30 August 2006.

The 44th PABF Championships consist of a double round robins for the Open, Ladies and Seniors Teams for the Rebullida Cup, Ckittakachorn Cup, and the PABF Senior Cup respectively.

The venue of the Championships is the Regal Shanghai East Asia Hotel. The Regal Shanghai East Asia Hotel and the Shanghai Olympic Hotel offer ample space to lodge all teams, officials and staff.

The 2006 PABF Youth Championships has just been completed, which is host by the Contract Bridge League of Thailand (CBLT) in Bangkok from 4 to 7 June 2006.
